We recently realized we were falling into a classic vanity metric trap. We were getting thousands of visitors hitting our site, the analytics looked amazing, but our calendar was completely empty. Almost no one was actually booking a demo.
It s incredibly frustrating to see all that traffic bounce without taking the next step. I'm wondering who else here has faced this exact same issue?
It feels like there's a massive disconnect between optimizing for eyeballs and actually capturing intent. If you've been in this boat, how did you figure out where the drop-off was happening? Was it a messaging problem, a friction-heavy CTA, or were you just attracting the wrong kind of traffic altogether?
Would love to hear your experiences and how some of you managed to fix the leaks in your funnel.

In this agent economy, no one really wants to go through a multiple pages to understand whats going on. Much easier to have an assistant on the side to help you out. Will give this a shot on our website.
Congrats on the launch team!
@shiv_vasandani Thanks Shiv 🙏 That's exactly the bet. People stopped reading pages, they just want to ask.
Ping me once it's live on akta.pro, happy to look at the first conversations with you and tune the knowledge base if anything reads off.
How do I feed my docs and how do I keep them upto date?

finally, no more to wake up at 4am to reply a simple question of customer. 😅
adam says it backs off for wrong region, students and competitors instead of pushing a meeting. does the 0 to 100 intent score ever show to the visitor?
@niveditha_patluri1 Exactly, every visitor get scoring from 0 to 100 so this way you know who is more qualified.

This is very cool! The difference between a visit and an enquiry that could potentially convert! I thought of adding it to my personal website - https://www.jogindertanikella.com/ - as I am looking for consulting assignments. However, I couldn't continue as I want to use my gmail. Please enable it for personal gmail as well and limit it to the free user (which is quite handsome btw).

Congrats on the launch! Really interesting to explore. It seems like a great tool for onboarding and engaging website visitors.
@adana Thank you so much Adana for your kind words. Just wondered what is the amount of web traffic you are having monthly?

@adamkamaneh I don’t have the numbers at hand right now, but I’ll ask my teammate to check and get back to you =)
@adana Thanks Adana 🙏 Onboarding is where we see it used most, people ask the widget things they would never put in a form. Congrats on RunEvr as well.

@doganakbulut That’s great! I think onboarding is one of the biggest bottlenecks a product can have ...
And thank you for the congratulations!
Also, yes! I really like the same style avatars of your team =D Such a nice little detail!
