Turning office small talk into a competitive sport. It's prediction markets, but for the stuff that you actually care about - at least not crypto or politics. Just you, your coworkers, and the eternal question: will someone say 'circle back' in today's meeting? Turn your team's daily interactions into a competition. Gather your colleagues and create predictions with real market dynamics. Every Friday, your Chief Prediction Officer gets crowned. No real money, just pure team engagement.

Ordinary People Prompts
Hey Product Hunters and Gossipers 👋
I'm extraordinarily excited introduce you to watercooler.market, my second product here.
WHAT'S IT ABOUT?
We're turning office small talk into a competitive sport. It's prediction markets, but for the stuff that actually matters to your daily life - not crypto or politics. Most workplace cultures fall into one of two camps: all business (boring) or forced fun (cringe). We built watercooler.market to live in that sweet spot between the two.
The thing nobody talks about: Those throwaway observations you make with coworkers—"I bet John's late again," "no way this meeting ends on time," "someone's definitely going to say 'synergy'"—are already predictions. We just made them... trackable.
What you actually get:
- Create prediction markets (with actual market dynamics) on everyday work moments
- Select a neutral referee
- Bet virtual pizza slices on outcomes
- Celebrate your Chief Prediction Officer at the weekly TGIF
Finally, a way to prove you were right about that one thing your coworker always does.
Why it works: When you have skin in the game (even virtual pizza slices), something shifts. You start noticing patterns. You listen differently. You read people better. Office small talk becomes competitive intelligence.
Sometimes work is just... work. But it doesn't have to be boring. I kindly invite you to try it with your team 🍕
I'll be online the entire day. I'm looking forward to any questions and of course also your feedback!
Have a great day and happy predicting
Felix
