Early adopter of Upstream and I am a huge fan!
I have tried them all: Gmail AI features, Codex & Claude Code with MCPs, Superhuman. But the only one that really stuck has been Upstream.
My favorite feature is the emails auto draft using my voice! I find myself just pressing send 70% of the time.
@guillaume_miara Thanks for supporting us from the beginning Guillaume!
@guillaume_miara love hearing that your voice is close to spot on!
@guillaume_miara I'm so happy you like the drafts with your voice. We spent so much energy build it! Thank you!
@guillaume_miara wow, incredible to hear!
Been using it a few weeks and it cut my inbox time roughly in half, and the drafts really sound like me. This is really cool. Congrats on the launch!
@gregcha So glad you've ben liking the drafts and have been saving time. Let us know if there's anything else you'd like to see/do in Upstream.
@gregcha thanks for all of your support!
@gregcha Thank you Grégoire, it means a lot!
@gregcha so happy to hear this! Thanks a lot
Been using Upstream in beta and the drafts genuinely sound like me, not like AI assisted. The reply’s already waiting when I open a thread. Congrats!
@gregoireboutin We love nailing your voice, thanks for being an early supporter!
@gregoireboutin thanks! More to come :)
@gregoireboutin Thank you Grégoire, it means a lot!
@gregoireboutin thanks!
Been using Upstream for a few months now and I can’t imagine going back to Gmail. The UX is so much better, and the inbox splits have made managing my emails so much easier
@delphy_rodriguez So glad you're enjoying Upstream 😄 we appreciate your support
@delphy_rodriguez so glad you’re enjoying it!
@delphy_rodriguez inbox splits are indeed a game changer for inbox productivity! i'm glad you're enjoying it :)
@delphy_rodriguez Love hearing this. The inbox splits are exactly meant to make email feel less like one giant pile. Thanks for using Upstream for so long.
@marie_lecat thank you!
@marie_lecat Thank you Marie!
@marie_lecat thanks!
Really loving the product so far! I barely need to adjust the drafts Upstream generates.
The only thing I’d love to see improved is smoother switching between mailboxes without opening a new tab each time.
@vivien_p I'm happy to hear that you're enjoying Upstream! Would a shortcut to switch mailboxes be helpful or do you have another idea of what would work best for you?
@louislecat just when I switch from the top right button to another mailbox that is already open in another window, it opens this window instead of a new one. I often get 6+ windows open.
A keyboard shortcut could be cool too.
@vivien_p Got it, so switching mailboxes, but staying in the same tab would be the optimal experience?
@louislecat @vivien_p great feedback, thanks Vivien!
@vivien_p Thank you so much for this feedback! We'll improve on this. As I built this part, I want to fix it 😅
@vivien_p thanks for feedback! Good point, and we have this on our radar
@vivien_p Thanks Vivien! Noted 🙏
@vivien_p @webkonstantin And it's now in prod 🔥
Daily driver here. Dictation mode lets me just talk and it writes. And "needs reply" is brilliant: the draft is already there waiting, so I'm never staring at a blank page, but I stay in control of what actually sends. Rare to find AI email that assists without taking over. Congrats to the team.
@benjamin_lalanne1 We appreciate that Benjamin! Also there are quite a few of us in the office that use dictation too 🗣️🗣️🗣️
@benjamin_lalanne1 Staying in the driver's seat is the key to Upstream. Emails are so critical we can't just let an LLM/agent send some without control. I'm super happy you like Upstream!
Well said @skwph . We want people spending less time writing emails, not less time making decisions
@benjamin_lalanne1 this makes me very happy to read. Thank you!
@benjamin_lalanne1 Love that dictation and "needs reply" are clicking for you, Benjamin - thank you!
