I'm a second author of SupportYard.
If someone is interested in some technical aspect of SupportYard (dev/devops), just shoot the question here.
Thanks for your support!
Thanks @antoniorus for sharing!
I'm one of the authors of @supportyard and it's a helpdesk web application that converts inbound emails into tickets and keeps all of the replies organized in one place (both replies to contact/client/customer and private replies to your coworkers).
We know there are some big players in this area like Zendesk, Desk and others but we believe that we can find our place with our vision of modern support web application.
We are still in beta, adding and polishing some features, and our plan is to go live very soon.
We would like you to try SupportYard (signup here - http://supportyard.com/signup.html) and I'll be happy to answer to any of your questions.
Cheers! :)
After hard work in past several months it's time to say that we officially launched SupportYard! Everyone interested can signup for a free trial at https://supportyard.com
Just a quick follow-up for you guys.
SupportYard is joining forces with a very successful team behind www.activecollab.com - a great project management tool. We're very happy about that because they have a great team and a lot of experience, and with them we'll have much more resources to continue development of SupportYard.
Since, we're again in beta (probably until the end of May) you can signup on our website and try it out (any feedback or idea appreciated). At this moment, SY is still very lightweight but we're working on new features that will improve usability and UX and make SY even better for email support.
@milanstosic Hi Milan, we're currently considering what tool to use, what is your current status and roadmap? Is it wise to join the beta now, are you still developing the product?
