Stynar is an autonomous AI Revenue Agent that runs your entire outbound workflow. It researches every prospect, writes highly personalized emails, sends campaigns from unlimited mailboxes, automatically follows up, manages every reply in one inbox, detects buying intent, and books meetings directly on your calendar. Instead of hiring more SDRs, let AI handle outbound while your team focuses on closing deals.
👋 Hi Product Hunt!
I'm Pranav, founder of Stynar.
We built Stynar because we realized outbound sales is still surprisingly manual. Sales reps spend hours researching prospects, writing emails, following up, managing multiple inboxes, and scheduling meetings instead of actually selling.
Existing tools automate pieces of the workflow but you still have to connect everything together.
We wanted to build an AI Revenue Agent that owns the entire outbound process.
Here's what Stynar does:
• 🔍 Researches every prospect using live company and public data
• ✍️ Writes genuinely personalized cold emails
• 📨 Sends campaigns from unlimited mailboxes
• 🔄 Automatically follows up until someone replies
• 📥 Brings every conversation into one unified inbox
• 🧠 Detects buying intent from replies
• 📅 Books meetings directly on your calendar
The goal isn't to make SDRs send emails faster.
It's to remove repetitive work so sales teams can spend more time closing customers.
We've spent months talking with founders, agencies, recruiters, and GTM teams to refine Stynar, and this launch is a huge milestone for us.
We'd genuinely love your feedback:
• Which feature excites you the most?
• What's missing?
• If you're running outbound today, what's your biggest pain point?
I'll be here all day answering every question.
Thank you so much for checking out Stynar! ❤️

@pranav_shelke Big shoutout for tackling the bloat in modern sales tech stacks, building an agent that takes a prospect all the way from initial research to a calendar invite is incredible. Rooting for you guys 🙌
"unlimited mailboxes" plus fully automated follow-ups is the part that worries me more than it excites me. every recipient's spam filter is trained on exactly this pattern now, and once enough of these tools are running at once, they're mostly training each other's filters to catch the next one. genuinely curious what your deliverability numbers look like after a few months of sending, not the demo day numbers, since that's the actual test of whether "personalized" reads as personal or just well disguised.
@galdayan Thanks, Gal. That's a great point, and honestly it's one of the biggest problems we set out to solve.
We don't believe long-term deliverability comes from sending more emails or relying on static AI templates. In our experience, that's exactly what causes campaigns to lose performance over time.
Stynar continuously monitors campaign health, and if we detect signals that could hurt deliverability, we immediately notify the user and recommend changes to their messaging instead of continuing with the same approach.
We also avoid rigid sending patterns. Rather than sending a fixed number of emails at the exact same time every day, we vary sending behavior to better mimic natural human activity.
On top of that, follow-ups and replies aren't generated from the same template each time. We generate responses based on the previous conversation and context, so every interaction feels like a genuine continuation rather than another automated sequence.
We're still early, so the long-term data will ultimately speak for itself, but that's the philosophy we've built Stynar around from day one. Really appreciate you raising this.
