We're building the first knowledge graph for the enterprise. SkipFlag organizes communication into an intelligent knowledge base that answers questions for you.
I've been using Skipflag for a bit now and love the story recommendations already - I can't wait to see what other smarts it finds as it learns more. Congrats on the launch and keep up the good work!

Brilliant idea. For large TNCs, the number of various databases and systems that don't sync nor even remotely resemble cohesive experiences with each other is staggering, much less do they have any provide insights for their users. This is one step closer to having the organizational intelligence (brain) that ties all of the various teams and departments together. Bravo!
This even makes the dance up the corporate purse stack easy with all of the apparent value packed in. Would love to hear your strategy for that as well as how you all came about this idea and if it was different from where you originally were headed. Congrats and I look forward to trying it out!
Excellent idea and execution. Most companies use a tangle of antiquated services for managing internal knowledge and processes: between the wikis, ticketing systems, and intranet landing pages, employees are likely to revert to informal processes or give up entirely.
SkipFlag is a completely modern solution: it gleans knowledge and process from organic conversations. The result is a service that actually makes sense on a minute-to-minute level. It's our new best hope for keeping our companies organized.
@johncschuster definitely, shoot me an email at pete@skipflag.com and we can follow up. The intesection of sales and customer support for a single view of all historical customer interactions is appealing if you use Intercom for both: https://www.intercom.com/custome...
