@jurgen_siegel Also to clarify - we love Stripe at Wingback! Most of our customers choose them for payments. But Stripe Billing has limitations that make things very cumbersome when you have a plan with multiple moving parts: like a per-user fee combined with a usage fee, or a per month fee along with hard-limited usage entitlements. Hybrid pricing like that is not at all supported out of the box with Stripe Billing and takes a significant amount of developer coding to even make it half work. In addition, payment links only function with this setup and is quite costly. That's the reason we wanted to solve for this in a more founder-friendly way. Let us know if that makes sense!

@hritik_choudhary thanks :) The most complex pricing plans we have seen have usage-based components with a per unit price that decreases with more usage + a variety of per-Seat priced features, and on top of that billing cycles that are not aligned with the invoicing cycle. That's the kind of complexity we abstract away for you with Wingback even if you are just getting started!
