@chef_jefx Thanks for the question, Jeffrey! My co-founder Liza runs a Patreon, and she used to send out questionnaires to collect feedback from her audience. However, the response rate was low, and processing the feedback — especially with a large volume was very challenging 😮‍💨. So, we decided to utilize LLM for that particular case, and it did a great job! We then tested Seven24 with the SaaS businesses of our friends and some offline businesses. Both worked really well. Implementing the most critical tasks from the dashboard always had a positive and measurable impact on the company 🔥🔥🔥. Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions 🚀!

@taras_gopko1 Thank you so much for the kind words, Taras 🤝🤝🤝! During the onboarding process, we ask users to describe their business to ensure the feedback is relevant. This includes details like your specific business model and any particular angles you want the LLM to consider when processing feedback. We’re also working on a new feature that will allow you to regenerate tasks with additional context if something doesn’t seem right (e.g., if a task for particular feedback isn’t accurate). This way, the LLM can refine the output even more with the extra details you provide! P.S. We’d love to hear your feedback after you give it a try! 😄🚀

Great work! How does your AI determine the importance of tasks—does it prioritize based on user sentiment or something else?

@pearsonang73080 Thanks for the great question, Angie! 🔥 🔥 🔥 AI processes the feedback, and based on the volume of aggregated feedback under 1 task, it prioritizes the most important task. Essentially, it’s your customers who prioritize the tasks—our AI just helps you understand it! For example, if you have 100 pieces of feedback and 50 of them are about a specific feature your product is lacking, that feedback will be aggregated into one task with a 50% priority out of 100%. Feedback under the same task is divided by all feedback within that topic, resulting in an associated importance percentage 🤓. Let me know if you have any other questions — I'd love to chat more! Hey Seven24 team, It's glad to know that you are launching a new ai based software/site "Seven24" I appreciate it!!! But I found that if we click/tap on "Contact Us" section we are redirected to a calender for booking a slot for meeting. But mostly people that are "Your" users might not have so much time to book a call and join it. So I would recommend you to add an "email id" to connect.
