What's great

SellerClaw feels like one of the first e-commerce agents that’s actually autonomous, not just AI you have to keep prompting. It runs in the cloud, can react to real events on its own, and has a growing set of specialized tools for e-com operations. Browser access is a huge plus for me because some of our supplier systems don’t have APIs, and SellerClaw can still work with them. I also like being able to choose cheaper models for routine ops and stronger ones for analytics or creative tasks.

What needs improvement

More integrations would make it even better - Amazon is the big one I’m waiting for. An MCP connection would also be great so SellerClaw could be managed from tools like Claude. Initial launch can be a bit slow sometimes, but that feels more like an OpenClaw limitation than a SellerClaw-specific issue.

vs Alternatives

StoreClaw

I chose SellerClaw over StoreClaw because it feels much more autonomous in practice. Instead of making me trigger or schedule everything manually, it can react to signals instantly - for example, when a Shopify order comes in, it can check margin rules and move it to fulfillment right away. The combination of autonomy, browser access, and model choice made it the better fit for me.

What's great

SellerClaw stands out because it actually helps run the business, not just analyze it. A lot of AI tools are good for research or sourcing, but this feels much more like an operations layer for Shopify. I also really like that when researching new product opportunities, it can pull signals from social media trends on TikTok and Instagram through SocialVault. That’s a big deal for me as a dropshipper, since social ads are my main traffic source and trend data matters a lot.

What needs improvement

I’ve used Accio Work from Alibaba, and it’s great for sourcing because it has direct access to Alibaba’s catalog. But it’s not really built for managing day-to-day Shopify operations. SellerClaw felt much more useful for the execution side, which is what I cared about more.

vs Alternatives

More integrations would make it even stronger, especially more marketplaces and operational tools. One thing I’ve noticed is that when a new integration is connected, the agent seems to restart, and that can take a bit of time. Maybe that could be improved, although I’m not completely sure whether that’s a SellerClaw-specific issue or just part of how these agents work in general.
