👋 Hey hunters! I'm Bertalan, a 19 year old student from Hungary and the creator of ReviewPopup.io. As an aspiring solo dev, I've built many websites, but one thing always bugged me: displaying reviews by hard-coding them into the site. It's not genuine, and the reality is that 90% of visitors don't even notice them. So, I came up with a solution: an independent 3rd party tool that displays reviews as popups on any website, increasing both trust and visibility. I worked hard in the last 2 months to bring this idea to life, and I'm proud to finally launch it on ProductHunt! 🎉 Here's how ReviewPopup works: - Add Your Reviews: Gather reviews from any platform (Google Reviews, Product Hunt, TripAdvisor, etc.) and input them into ReviewPopup. You can also paste the URL of the review to get a "verified" badge on the popup. - Customize the Appearance: Customize the look of your popups to match your website. Really nice idea, I like that you can customise the pop-up! Your landing page is great, one thing though is that the demo videos in your FeaturesAccordion are not loading very fast, maybe that will be easier with gifs, or hosted videos? You also forgot a little `hello` there :) Well done for your launch!!

Great stuff Bertalan, solving a real problem (fake reviews, reviews not being noticed, demand for trustworthy social proof) with a simple tool. I like that it pulls reviews from platforms like Google - that's important. What happens when the original reviews are deleted? Sometimes the algorithm does things like that - can your platform save a copy of all reviews?
