Describe what happened in plain language — Reinstated drafts a calm, professional letter addressed to the specific policy cited, ready to send. First two sentences are free so you can judge the quality before paying $10 to unlock it. Built after watching sellers and hosts struggle with vague suspension notices and no real path to appeal. Not affiliated with Etsy or Airbnb, and doesn't guarantee reinstatement.

I built Reinstated after seeing how many Etsy sellers and Airbnb hosts get suspended with a vague, form-letter notice and no real way to push back. The generic appeal templates floating around don't reference the specific policy cited or the seller's actual situation — they just don't land with a reviewer.
Reinstated asks what actually happened, then drafts a calm, specific letter addressed to the exact policy category in question. First couple sentences are free so you can judge if it's worth it before paying $10 to unlock the full letter.
The biggest thing that changed while building this: I originally planned it as an Etsy-only tool, but realized Airbnb hosts face the exact same problem — vague suspensions, no clear appeal path — so I built it to support both from day one.

One thing that would help a lot is letting users paste in the exact email they got and have the tool flag which Etsy or Airbnb policy it thinks is being cited, since sometimes the notice is worded so vaguely. That way people double check the letter is actually addressing the right policy before paying to unlock it.

Would be super helpful if you could save the full email thread history in one place instead of just the draft letter, since appeals often go back and forth multiple times.

A clause library would be super helpful here — sellers and hosts could paste in prior emails from the platform and Reinstated could match the tone or pull in referenced policies. Would save a lot of guesswork when you're already stressed about getting your shop back online.

The free preview actually pulled the right policy from my suspension notice, which was more than Etsy ever gave me. Worth the ten bucks to skip writing it myself at midnight.

honestly this hits a real pain point, the letter i got back was surprisingly specific to the policy they cited instead of generic. wish something like this existed when my shop got suspended last year
Got hit with an Etsy suspension last year and would've killed for this. The free preview nails the tone I was trying to find — clear, no over-explaining, and it actually references the specific policy they cited. Going to try the full version when it happens again.
