Hey team! Congratulations 🎉 Great idea! Agree about referrals. They work the best way! I don’t get how motivation to refer someone works if we don’t have a personal connection. Is referrals still work if it’s a platform with thousands of users?

We are trying to create community around service, so only interested people can provide referrals. And, for example - a lot of people referred without connections after voice chat/video chat (we have internal messenger)
