Cohort based networking is great, and it really helps that there's an integrated job portal that avoids random applications and helps employers find quality candidates relatively quickly.
Overall, the ingroup social networking site has a lot of potential as a platform for fostering connections and community among a specific group of users. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the features are well-designed to facilitate communication and collaboration among members.
One of the strengths of the site is its ability to create a closed, safe and secure environment for the targeted group of users. The privacy settings and group management tools make it easy for administrators to control access and maintain a positive and productive community
As soon as I signed up with InGroup, I was given a cohort to fit in. My cohort is soo beautiful that there are so many industry experts from whom I can learn so much about my industry. I've never seen such focused and productive social media platform. I would recommend this platform to each and every person for their intellectual growth and building solid contacts in their own profession/cohort.
I am not certain how it is 10x better than aöready existing social networks.

This allows users to choose the right cohort for themselves and focus on consuming content, make connections in that stream and find the right jobs.
