Hey Hunters 👋 I’m Hampus, co-founder of Recapt I'm tired of taking screenshots and over explaining issues to developers. At the same time, the developers got tired of me not giving enough context or being able to reproduce issues i had sent. Yep, most tickets are shipped like it’s 2009. Recapt works on web-based applications and is super simple to install. Sign up to the PH-Beta and we will invite you, then drop a script tag into the head of your dev or demo environment and release. After that, a small Recapt widget appears and every user session is recorded automatically. When a tester hits a bug, they press a button to: 📍 Comment when an issue happens 📹 Share the full replay 🚀 Send it with console logs attached Now developers see exactly what happened. No “can’t reproduce. and no relying on people like me to try and explain what happened. The funny part? We didn’t even plan this as a testing tool, we built the "Sentry for support" to give Support agents context to user problems. Our customers started using Recapt in their testing environments because they realized it saved them time, and now we are doing the same internally. This launch is leaning in to see if more people are feeling this issue.
