Really simple support is "really simple" support / Helpdesk tool aimed squarely at the Indie Hacker, Bootstrapper and Maker community. I built this because over the past year I tried all the big names, and they either sucked, or were comedically expensive.

@unosanjeev Haha do you know what it was? Last night I added the option to customise the color of your buttons and button font - but I forgot to set the colours on my OWN PAGE haha and they defaulted to white. Anyway sorted now. Cheers for the headsup.

As I said in the description - I built this to solve my own support problems. Over the past couple I have tried (and paid for) Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Helpscout, Crisp, Trengo and a few others. I found them all to be comically expensive or tragically terrible and universally bloated with features I would never use. I thought that there must be a way to make a really stripped down, easy to use, affordable solution that would appeal to bootstrappers, indie hackers etc etc. people like me. My main app has an MRR in the low thousands; I just need a simple solution. There must be others. This product, is my attempt at that. It's not Zendesk. It's not Intercom. It's simple by design.
