“Idea-to-app in minutes" sounds simple—until you try to build something real. Real products need structure, and Paraflow brings that to you, acting as an AI Product Design Agent that works like a full team. On one canvas, two AI minds — a product manager and a designer — work together to build structured specs that bridge ideas and code. With PRDs, user flows, and prototypes always aligned, you get richer specs, fewer prompts, and a build that stays well-controlled — and truly professional.

Specs-driven resonates a lot. Should specs always come before UI generation, or is there room for hybrid workflows?
Paraflow
@yuki1028 That's a fantastic question. We believe there is room for hybrid workflows. We see "specs" as a scalable concept, not a rigid, all-or-nothing step.
Specs should have different levels of fidelity depending on the task. For a very clear or simple requirement, the spec can be concise and direct, blending almost seamlessly with UI generation. For more complex logic, Paraflow's AI agent will build out a more robust structure first to ensure the designer agent stays on track.
It's all about providing just enough structure to keep the build well-controlled, without the heavy overhead. We’d love for you to try Paraflow and see how this feels in practice.

I’m intrigued by this “AI product team” idea. How far do you think AI teammates can go before humans need to step in?
Paraflow
@xiaohui497 We believe the necessary level of human intervention is entirely situation-dependent.
If a project is highly complex, involves numerous non-standard constraints, humans need to step into the thinking process much earlier.

The idea of vibe coding in control is cool. What happens when the product gets large — does it stay stable?
Paraflow
@ahxbdta Thanks for the compliment! That's a critical question.
There will be a context limit, but in our testing, by maintaining key context information on the canvas, we can meet the requirements of the vast majority of projects.

Super cool launch! How customizable are the generated UIs? Can you fully tweak components or styles manually if needed?
Paraflow
@abod_rehman Thank you very much for the support!
Regarding customization, yes, absolutely. You have control over both pre- and post-generation styling:
- You can customize the style guide to influence the generated output
- You can also manually tweak styles within the canvas after they are generated
I’ve gotta say, this hits a pain point I deal with all the time. Having a canvas-based AI that acts like a full product design team (structure, prototyping, all in one spot) is huge for indie devs like me—I waste way too much time juggling tools when building MVPs. Quick q: How well does this play with Figma? Can we export designs directly into existing design systems there?
Paraflow
@movieflow_nann
Love hearing this — we built Paraflow exactly for that🙌
Right now you can export to Figma smoothly. For design systems, we’re adding deeper DS-level export (tokens/components) — it’s in active dev.
Would love to know what your workflow looks like today — happy to adapt to indie dev needs.

Huge congrats on the launch! 🎉
Our team has been running our product-collaboration workflow through Figma and Cursor—effective, but definitely not AI-native. Seeing Paraflow push toward a truly integrated PM + design agent is super exciting. Really looking forward to trying it out and seeing how it can level up our PRD and design process.

@xeasonchan Thank you so much for the support! We're excited for you to try Paraflow, would love to hear any and all feedback you have!
