Does it run locally and on my subscription model ?
@bengeekly If you mean your Claude/Codex subscription, yes, you can keep using that for the agent :) Pancake itself runs in the cloud: your agent connects through MCP to use the Brain, data and sending tools. You still need a Pancake plan for that infrastructure, and the app and MCP share the same credits. So you can work from your usual agent, but Pancake isn't fully local.
Is local mainly a privacy thing for you, or more about keeping everything in your own setup?
Congrats for the launch @tricomte
Can I use pancake to go from 0 to 1? Or is it more a tool for 2 to 100 ?
@flexbox Thanks David! Yes, 0 to 1 too :) If you've got an offer and an idea of who might buy it, you can start with one small Play to find relevant people and get those first conversations going. Then adjust the targeting and message from what you learn. You don't need a sales team or an existing customer list to start. Pancake helps you reach potential customers; figuring out what resonates still comes from those conversations 🥞
What's the harder part of 0 to 1 for you: finding the right people, or figuring out what makes them want to buy?
Quick question: What are the credits? ball park how are they counted?
@alchemist_studio Good question! Credits cover the research and data used to find and qualify leads. Ballpark: around 100–500 credits of research per lead, depending on how narrow the audience is. Finding a work email is another 50 credits, only if we find one.
Building Plays, writing messages and replies don't use credits. The $99 plan includes 60,000 credits/month, so roughly 120–600 researched leads before email lookups. You see an estimate before running a search, so you know what you're spending :)
Curious, would you rather budget this in credits, or think in terms of a cost per qualified lead?
@vnallatamby B2B :) Built for solo founders, agencies and teams that want to find and reach their next customers. You can run it yourself from Claude/Codex or use the app with your team, so you don't need a whole GTM department to get value from it 🥞
Do you think agents will make GTM something every founder runs themselves, or mainly make GTM teams more effective?
What is done by the sending infrastructure to manage the domains, warming up, and deliverability so that a new user does not ruin his/her reputation?
Additionally, Congratulations @tricomte , @francoisdefitte , @guillaume_marquis3 and team Pancake 🎊✌️
@aymi_malik Thank you! We currently support LinkedIn outreach, with email coming next week. We’re building everything with sender reputation in mind, including domain configuration for emal, gradual sending, and deliverability monitoring :)
I am a lazy marketer and this solved it for me. It just built a mind map around Myreader (https://myreader.ai), and it's super accurate. And now it's finding leads for me on LinkedIn and reaching out to them automatically.
@prasann_pandya Love hearing this! Glad the Brain nailed your business. Let me know how it goes :)
Congrats on relaunch!
Does it only find the leads through 3-rd party providers? Or does it also scrape/search around the websites?
