We recently realized we were falling into a classic vanity metric trap. We were getting thousands of visitors hitting our site, the analytics looked amazing, but our calendar was completely empty. Almost no one was actually booking a demo.
It s incredibly frustrating to see all that traffic bounce without taking the next step. I'm wondering who else here has faced this exact same issue?
It feels like there's a massive disconnect between optimizing for eyeballs and actually capturing intent. If you've been in this boat, how did you figure out where the drop-off was happening? Was it a messaging problem, a friction-heavy CTA, or were you just attracting the wrong kind of traffic altogether?
Would love to hear your experiences and how some of you managed to fix the leaks in your funnel.
The SDR Agent is quite impressive.
@5atyam_5rivastava
Appreciate that Satyam 🙏
It took a while to get the qualifying part right. Answering questions is easy, knowing when to stop selling and just book the meeting is the hard bit.
Curious, what's the first thing you'd want it to do on your site?
@5atyam_5rivastava Thanks Satyam. The part I'm most proud of is that it says "I don't know" instead of inventing an answer. Sounds small, but it's the reason visitors keep talking to it.

this is actually pretty neat. love the idea of having something that can answer questions and qualify visitors at the same time. congrats on the launch!
An AI sales rep that can answer questions, understand intent, and help book demos feels like a natural evolution of how websites should work. Curious to see how teams measure the impact over time, especially improvements in conversion rates and qualified leads.
@sshreeey Good question Shrey. The honest bit is that chat impact is easy to dress up, so we keep the report to numbers you can check against your CRM: companies identified, conversations, qualified leads, demos booked.
The one customers find most telling is form fills before vs after. If demos go up while form fills stay flat, the widget is catching people who would have left silently instead of stealing credit from your existing funnel.
Which of those would you want to see on day one?
@sshreeey The number we watch internally is companies identified that never filled a form. That one is the whole argument for this category, everything else follows from it.

Congrats on the launch, @adamkamaneh! The reverse IP lookup combined with intent scoring sounds like a powerful combo for handling anonymous traffic. Curious, how does Widgo handle intent scoring when a visitor asks very broad or technical questions early on?
@rakesh_rry Thanks Raakesh 🙏
Early broad questions barely move the score. The first pass leans on who they are from the identification, then the score updates with every message. A vague "what does this do" stays low, someone asking about rate limits or SSO by the third message climbs fast.
Technical questions are a good signal for us. People don't read integration details unless they're already picturing the work.
Is CrawlRaven's traffic mostly developers?
CrawlRaven
@doganakbulut its mostly seo specialists
Congrats on the launch! Turning anonymous traffic into scored, qualified conversations with one line of code is such a smart move. 🚀
@cem_ozcelik Thank you Cem 🙏 One line of code was a hard rule for us. If install takes an afternoon, most people never reach the part where it pays off.
