NIQIS was born from one frustrated freelancer spending 40+ hours/week hunting redesign clients the hard way. No more. Unlike generic lead scrapers, broad B2B databases, or begging ChatGPT for one site at a time, NIQIS is ruthlessly focused on one job: finding local businesses with genuinely terrible websites that are losing money every day. In <1 minutes you get 250 fresh, high-intent leads: • Niche + city precision (dentists in Miami, roofers in Austin, gyms in Brooklyn)

A freelancer in Miami, starving for clients. The problem was painfully clear: Finding businesses that actually needed a redesign took forever. Hours wasted, most emails bounced, replies near zero. So I built a tiny tool just for me: niche + city → list of sites with real problems (speed, mobile, design age) + emails I could trust.
First version was ugly, but it worked. I sent emails. Got a $6k redesign gig in 10 days. Then another. Then I realized: this isn’t just my problem every solo designer and tiny agency is stuck in the same loop. What started as a personal hack became NIQIS because no freelancer nor agency should spend more time hunting than actually building.
