👋🏻 Hello Product Hunt! My name is Trevor and I am the Cofounder and CEO of Myko. We've built an AI assistant that can help you find anything on the internet. As we started looking for summer interns, we had the idea to recruit directly from the Computing Olympiad competitors, as we've had a lot of success hiring from there previously. The challenge was doing so efficiently without copying and pasting individual names from different pages from the different years. Our Cofounder Zheng Li had the idea to build a tool to do this automatically and that's where our Myko AI Assistant was born 🚀 Our assistant can do multistep research such as web scraping or data enrichment. It can handle both public internet searches as well as data from your Salesforce - like "what's our relationship with x account". We've been using it to do things like 🔍 Find leads like contact information of speakers at a conference 🧠 Prepare for sales calls with in depth research triggered based on calendar invites 📊 Enrich our Salesforce Any type of search that would typically require multiple steps our AI Agent can handle. 💡 Bright idea

I will be honest, I am not a fan of the email as the interface. I am posting a question and waiting for an email reply feels annoying. Also what happens when I have 30 or 40 mails coming in, will it always stay at the top or just get lost in the shuffle?

For example you can set up the agent to run or look something up automatically based on a calendar invite or file you send it. What types of questions were you thinking this could be valuable for?

@trevor_lee Some use cases to me are marketing: get a list of trending topics related to "x" product. find a list of influencers for the "x" category, which in theory should return contact information. for product managers: find data associated with "x", that's just a few simple ideas that come to mind

Love how the interface is email! Honestly, this is such an important thing a lot of companies missed. Sales teams need to live and breath emails. That's wild how accurate the information is - is the AI actually browsing and searching or does it use different APIs and try different parameters? I assume it's a combo of both? Congrats on the launch @trevor_lee and team!

@abegail_cotoner Great question! Anything you can find publicly on the web it should be able to scrape. Then we combine that power with email profile databases so the information can be enriched if needed!
