Runs all of Modelpeers' background work: the scheduled jobs that keep tracked sources up to date and send the weekly email. I wanted scheduled TypeScript tasks in the same repo as the app, with retries and no timeout on long-running jobs, without operating my own queue.

The whole site is built on it. Every model and agent gets its own server-rendered profile page with its own metadata, so search engines can read each page. The App Router let me build those pages and the API in one TypeScript codebase.
