Does the LLM adapt follow ups differently for new vs. returning users or is it trained to generalize across all visitor types?

The system does not generalize - it can identify returning users, and based on every micro interactions that this user took in the past it creates the communication strategy - these includes identifying which channel to use to engage, which conversational tone and wordings to use, and finally identifying the offering with the maximum possibility of conversion.
