even though I had their own documents to prove that newco had been set up by them. Now I'm about 15 messages deep in a quagmire of terrible customer service, punting the tickets back and forth, finger-pointing at other teams and at me (as if this was something I could have possibly done) - they basically seem to have no idea what they are doing. I wished I could recommend them, as I like Stripe in general - but this issue and the lack of competent customer service to handle it is quite distressing.

Having used their startup product before, it is quite a sticker shock when the Startup Plan duration ends (see 90% discount). We quickly found a cheaper alternative. I WAS using Intercom. But as a bootstrapped startup still seeking investment beyond one year, the regular price seems a better fit for large mature orgs.

I have to say, Hubspot suite be like a traditional all-in-one CRM system. The suite is more user-friendly than Salesforce, and better on marketing, such as email blasting, CMS. Salesforce is better on sales management. I wish the integration between finance system would be better

I love slack for communicating with people on my team. It's getting more and more complex as time goes on. My favorite feature is the integrations it has with apps, for example I setup Linear and create tickets right inside of posts in slack!

One of the standout features of Figma is its collaboration capabilities. You can also leave comments and feedback directly on the design, making it easier to keep track of changes and updates.

It is cool for all sizes of business, however, there is one significant concern from the payment perspective - Shopify creates a big challenge for the alternative payment methods to be listed in the Payment methods` list. The requirements for P-methods in order to open Shopify API for integration is quite too much, really to much. So if I have a local method that is not well-known in the world or does not process 10millions everyday - it is almost impossible to add it to my shop.

Many attractive design choices, no need to bother creating a page from scratch. Can upload videos and images easily, making the page look more professional. I can customize the CTA button with various options, very flexible! Very helpful for MSMEs who want to increase sales online.
