😻 Hey PH! I'm a writer and indie hacker, and this is my first PH launch. I recently got together with some friends and bought a very — VERY — MVP product with zero customers called LoomFlows. We fixed it up and now we're going to see how it does! The idea is simple, and that's what I like about it. It's just a widget that allows your users to provide feedback — bug reports, feature requests, testimonials, etc. — to your SaaS/site with an in-app Loom screenshare. This removes friction for them and guesswork for you, because you can see exactly what they're talking about. The user's metadata helps with that too. In case they don't want to do a video, we also support annotated screenshot. Or they can just write out their thoughts. Easy peasy. My goal for this launch is to get feedback and see if the product has legs like I think it does. I'd really love to hear your thoughts!
