I really love LiveAgent due to the fact that it's multi-channel and I can provide communication by ticket, live chat, phone, Twitter and Facebook all through the same app without having to have any other specialized software!
It's easy to setup, user and is feature packed! Furthermore the support team is highly responsive and usually resolves your issue in real time via live chat right through your portal. You can't go wrong! They have really made a solid product!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LiveAgent for ANY business, even if you are just a 1 man show like myself. It's worth the investment! I promise you won't be disappointed in your decision in going with LiveAgent!
