Review Latenode ?
Reviewers mostly see Latenode as an easy, low-code automation tool that saves time on repetitive work through a clear drag-and-drop builder, broad integrations, webhooks, and the option to add custom code when needed. Many say it compares well with Zapier or Make on cost, reliability, and flexibility, with responsive support and reusable custom connectors standing out. The main complaints are thinner documentation, fewer native integrations for uncommon tools, and limits for complex AI-heavy workflows, where debugging, data handling, and raw API control can feel restrictive.

Latenode is a platform that helped me boost my automation skills to the next level.
A year ago, a simple Trello automation that assigned a particular person to a card moved to a particular stage shocked me.
Today, I have a wide variety of scenarios that support different business processes on Latenode.
From time to time, I share them on my LinkedIn. Let's connect!
Latenode has truly become my ideal low-code x AI automation platform.
I’ve used tools like Zapier and Make before, but Latenode’s intuitive drag-and-drop UI, smart AI Copilot, and the flexibility to write custom code when needed are absolutely outstanding.
In my business, I automate multiple processes involving APIs, spreadsheets, LINE, and AI services — and with Latenode, even complex workflows can be built and managed smoothly.
What I especially love is the ability to create custom connectors and reuse them in other scenarios. It’s such a time-saver! I’m hoping to see even more pre-built templates and example use cases in the future so more people can easily dive in.
It’s a platform that makes you realize how empowering it is to build your own automation systems.
If you’re on the fence about it — just give it a try. It’s way more fun and useful than you might expect!
I've been using Latenode for a while now, and the impact on both my personal workflow and service management has been remarkable. Before adopting Latenode, juggling various tools and manual processes was a constant headache. Now, with the intelligent text embeddings node, every piece of text is transformed into actionable insights—streamlining how I handle customer inquiries and coordinate tasks. This has not only simplified my day-to-day operations but also significantly improved the clarity and efficiency of our service management flow.
I've tried a bunch of "No Code" automation tools, but this one is hands down the best. I ended up using it for my Content Automation System, and it's been a game-changer. The ability to write your own code has been a huge time-saver and has allowed me to set up scenarios exactly how I want them. It's cost effective if you are building basic automations.
That being said, LateNode doesn't let you make raw API calls without being forced into block-style “toy” selectors. We are moving away from LateNode because its rigid block-style expression system and limited JavaScript node capabilities made it unnecessarily difficult to handle dynamic data, especially for assembling large AI prompts from modular components. The lack of proper array/object manipulation, poor documentation, inconsistent data passing between nodes, and frustrating debugging experience ultimately slowed us down and forced awkward workarounds. It simply isn't suited for complex AI workflows where flexibility and control are essential.
Latenode has been a game-changer for my SaaS, FirMate. It makes automating repetitive tasks and marketing workflows ridiculously easy with its visual drag-and-drop interface and seamless API integrations. I especially love the AI Copilot—it’s like having a smart assistant right by your side for debugging and workflow ideas. It’s saved me so much time and lets me focus on growing my project, not managing tedious processes. Would love to see more pre-built templates, but overall, it’s an absolute must-have for any SaaS owner! 🚀
Latenode has been a game-changer for automating workflows and connecting various tools seamlessly. Its intuitive interface and extensive integrations allow for smooth operations without requiring advanced technical expertise. The visual workflow editor is particularly impressive, enabling clear and organized process management. While the platform is highly efficient, adding more detailed documentation and industry-specific templates could make it even more user-friendly. Overall, Latenode is a valuable asset for improving productivity and optimizing business processes.
I used to spend hours responding to the same emails over and over again. Latenote has solved this problem for me. I've set up automatic responses for the most common requests I receive - things like quote requests or questions about my services. Now, as soon as a matching email comes in, the response goes out automatically.
What I really like is the simplicity. I spent some time initially setting up my template responses, but since then, it's been smooth sailing. I no longer worry about forgetting to respond to someone or giving inconsistent information. Everything is coherent and fast.
Another great thing is that it frees up time for me to focus on the more creative aspects of my work. The stress of watching my inbox fill up is gone. I know that basic requests are being handled efficiently.
Of course, it's not perfect. At first, I had to fine-tune my automatic responses to make sure they didn't sound too... well, automatic. And occasionally, I come across an email that requires a more personal touch. But overall, it works really well.
If you're looking to optimize your time and streamline your customer communication, I highly recommend trying Latenote. It has really boosted my efficiency. There's something satisfying about seeing these repetitive tasks being accomplished on their own while you focus on what really matters in your business.
Latenode and their support team have been great and responsive in providing my team with support in creating a workflow where our data from Google Sheet Form Submissions will take the users that submitted the form and then use our OpenAI API to create newsletters to send to them. Their price point and use of credits through execution time allows it to be a cheaper alternative to Zapier or Make. Drag and drop modules give it a familiar experience when compared to its competitors and get the same job done at a cost-effective price.
Latenode has been a game-changer for my workflow automation. It's no exaggeration to say it's both incredibly easy to use and budget-friendly. I came in with some experience with other automation platforms, but Latenode's intuitive interface quickly won me over. Even with limited coding knowledge, I was able to set up automations that saved me tons of time. The drag-and-drop canvas makes building processes visual and straightforward, and the AI helper steps in to fill any gaps for more complex tasks.
It's also incredibly affordable, especially compared to other automation platforms. Their pricing scales with your needs, so you're not stuck paying for features you don't use. Frankly, Latenode has exceeded my expectations on both fronts. It's powerful yet approachable, and it fits comfortably within my budget. If you're looking for an automation solution that's easy on your time and wallet, Latenode is definitely worth a try.
I honestly love how Latenode has approached automation. The "low-code" approach is perfect for my needs. I'm not a developer, but with the help of their AI helper I can get cool stuff done very quickly! For most of the time, the beautiful drag-n-drop canvas gets the job done very efficiently. I also love their method of creating your own "connectors" using nodules. Makes it very easy to re-use custom connection nodes in other scenarios. The pricing also makes a lot of sense if you're doing "less" but "longer running" processes.
Using latenode makes workflow much easier. The interface is intuitive, allowing automation design through drag-and-drop without much coding knowledge. It supports a wide range of integrations, covering most common needs and saving significant time. Execution is stable and fast, with clear error messages for easy troubleshooting. It is especially useful for repetitive tasks, enabling focus on more valuable work.
