A few months back, when we were working on a new gig, everything is being taken by two of us from development to sales. I used to send a few cold emails every week of which we get 2-3 customers to work on which was quite okay to manage. Now, since the team size has grown and we have a dedicated development and sales team and there is more surge of customers coming every day. It becomes impossible to track every incoming lead, who is working on what, what were the sales forecasts, contact details of customers and so on. As a huge supporter of FOSS, we decided to build a dedicated opensource CRM solution on Laravel to streamline communication, sharing, and storing of data & information on the company's relationship with potential customers, existing customers, suppliers, or other external entities.
