Onboarding has always been a big challenge for wherever I worked. There are countless stories I heard of feeling forgotten on the first days, missing devices or simply not knowing what to do and who to ask. I really like the concept of Kohomai where you focus on making those early weeks before joining a part of an amazing onboarding process!

Great initiative - lots of people feel forgotten and disengaged a few days after they've signed on the dotted line - I hear that constantly. Also still lots of stories of people not having what they need on day 1 (hardware for the role, a plan of how to get up to speed knowledge wise & compliance wise and meeting the right people internally). I might be biased, but Kohomai looks a good way to solve all these in one tool!
