Hello, onboarding a new staff is not to be neglected. As a matter of fact, the first impression the new comer may have is very important. What happens next depends on it. I have felt being left aside in the past, and being directly put on a project without knowing with whom I work. So then I spent (waste) a lot of time to get started. Hopefully Kohomai is there to help! It is really great to be onboarded efficiently with a good mood and feel being part of a great team.
