Gokul Chandrasekaran
Hey everyone! From the beginning of our journey (in 2013), our aim has been simple “How do we make software building easy?” With our first product, JDoodle IDE, we made it possible for over 20 million developers to run code in one click. Now, we’re expanding that mission to non-coders, anyone with a great idea but no tech skills to execute. JDoodle.ai is a real multi-model agent that analyses, codes and tests. It comes with a complete React frontend and Python backend that you can connect to anything. Here’s how we are different: - Database built into every project - Free bug fixes, we don’t charge you credits for this. - PAYG credits, pay only for what you need. - Automated testing, we’re always testing your project in the background - Free Hosting, every project gets its own space We’ve always built with simplicity first, making things so easy that you can focus on your ideas, not worry about the tech or the billing. What would you build first with JDoodle.ai? We’d love your feedback and we’ll be here all day listening and answering.

@gokuljd This could really lower the entry barrier for idea-stage founders.

@masump Thanks Masum, JDoodle's aim for the last 12 years has been simplifying the software development. Now with AI we can extend that to non-technical users. It is super exciting to see that we can democratise software building.

Tell us in the landing page that you do front and back-ends, and please add Github-connect, so I can export code to a Github repo - since these are becoming just standard with no-code app-builders;; try to keep us gated in your ecosystem and we look away.

Looks good, though - thanks!

Gokul Chandrasekaran

@osakasaul Thanks for the feedback, Saul. I appreciate it. Yes, we will add the option to download your project as a zip file and connect to GitHub soon.

We will try to lock users in with the quality of the product and love, and definitely not the other way around. That is the reason we offer pay-as-you-go credits rather than locked subscriptions to build.

@gokuljd one more for you: add a no-credits-burn code prompt refiner button. Learn from the prompts that satisfy; help the user refine his initial prompt and further prompts so that there's less credit waste.

THIS is a real pain point: credit burn, and the speed of it, how in some apps we get 2-3 projects built before we get gouged for cash; in another app, it's like 1-2 prompts and they're going for our wallets. As if we can't shop around, right?

@osakasaul Fantastic idea, thanks Saul.

Congratulations on your launch! I like the pricing model, but how do you differntiate between a bug fix and any other request from the user?
Gokul Chandrasekaran

@guy_morad Thanks for the question Guy. Anything technical bug is free. For example python errors, javascript issues, a frontend calling a non-existent backend endpoint, etc.

We classify in two ways

1. The errors found during the testing phase - we fix it automatically
2. When comes from browser, our AI determines its a technical issue or business requrirement.

This is really awesome. Congrats on the great launch!

Gokul Chandrasekaran

@chilarai Thanks Chilarai.

Congratulations @gokul_chandrasekaran! 🎉 The free automatic bug fixing feature on JDoodle.ai is impressive, especially how it's built-in without charging credits—that's a game-changer for founders and solopreneurs. Curious—what inspired this design choice of making bug fixes completely free? Wishing you tons of engagement and feedback today!

Gokul Chandrasekaran

@kjosephabraham Thanks Joseph. Seeing broken technical issues is what frustrates and hinders a smoother app experience. Design choice is purely driven by user experience improvement. Between, you have tagged the wrong Gokul Chandrasekearan :).

Cool, congratulations! Sounds like AWS for vibe coders)

I'm curious to test the limits. What's a typical project you envision users building with the 50 free credits? For example, could one build a basic, functional CRM or a community event listing site within that limit?

Gokul Chandrasekaran

@chrishicken Thanks Chris. You can create a community event listing with less than 5 to 10 credits. A CRM might take around 15 to 30, depends on the features you are adding. Looking forward to see what you are building.
