Love the dedicated landing page for Product Hunt! Honestly though, for me, I was confused as to exactly how the product works. I didn't even know what to look for after clicking on the logos - I think it would be helpful to explain what the product does quickly with a visual first. Just my personal opinion.
I mean the demo on the homepage is PERFECT! It's such a missed opportunity to not use that. I think many people don't watch the demo video or go through the images on PH - and they go to the website right away.
The product is great though - AI Chat that easily plugs into support articles, support tickets and more knowledge sources. I especially like how you can get analytics and reverse engineer which part of your product/website needs to improve/optimize.
The big logos speak to the quality of the product too - honestly, a lot of companies claim they can solve this use case, so the actual execution/solution is the key.
