@saad_alam see my review. I’ve had the worst experience with this company over the past few months and have emails to prove my experience. From all I can tell Hone has scammed me out of nearly 400 dollars and I’ve received nothing from Hone.

I've struggled to get effective treatment for low testosterone. Unfortunately, I live in one of the few states that Hone has not quite launched in, and so my only options for treatment are to continue working within the confines of the insurance-driven medical system, or to find a brick & mortar hormone optimization clinic, which is likely to be extremely expensive. I think Hone is providing a valuable service to a population of men that don't really have great options, and I'm proud to be a part of it.

@tim_skerpon that looks like an internal link. Not accessible to me. I found this on your help section: "Yes - Hone-affiliated physicians are licensed to practice medicine and prescribe medication remotely. Each physician is licensed to prescribe medicine, licensed to treat patients in your state, and complies with all medical laws in the United States." So are they licensed in my state or not? 🤔

@tim_skerpon I enrolled, did the blood test, and had a professional evaluation. All was good, but I never received any medication. I contacted support, but I think English is not Serge’s first language because he never understood that I just wanted the medication. After 16 days, I reluctantly asked for a refund. I invested a lot of time and energy and blood and got nothing. I gave you two stars because you did refund my money, but no apology or explanation was offered.
