Nela shared why we started HireKey, so I’ll keep this short. We’ve put a lot of thought into the small moments that make a job search exhausting: losing track of a role, rewriting the same experience again, or wondering whether you’re ready for an interview.

How about adding MCP to this, mostly I use AI to apply for the jobs, and its really pain for me adding each job on this platform after applying, so if it could have MCP, AI can do that for me, and I can use it more efficiently.
Sometimes I spend more time figuring out if I even fit a job than applying for it.

The landing page and messaging are really strong. You’re solving a genuinely important problem. Job searching is often scattered across platforms and opportunities, making it hard to track applications and next steps, tailor a resume for every role, and practice interview questions. AI is especially well suited to bringing all of that together.
What makes HireKey especially compelling is your recruiter’s perspective, few people could build this with the same insight into what hiring teams actually look for.
