Nice to see you guys on PH. We've been using Haystack for a few months. I can say the biggest value we got was avoiding burnout. Whenever we do hardcore sprints we saw a decrease in productivity right after. So now we always try to stay near the top of the healthy margin and haystack alerts us if we're ever working too much or too little so we can grab the most productivity out of our developers.

I love how you guys are sending slack alerts on the code review process. Looking forward to trying it out!
