We've been using Haystack for almost a year. One thing that surprised me was ease of integration. As my team grew, haystack was the single and complete source of truth for objective assessment of a completely remote team. This is the new normal.

A really awesome product and a very helpful support team. I loved the visibility provided and the speed up in bug detection.
