Just a quick question: I see that you are now in beta. I would like to have something like your interactive tour on my site, but frankly, a simple quick interactive demo would be best and this means that I need it to be free (sorry). Will you offer some free tier?

Yes, everything will remain free during the beta phase. Once we move out of beta, we plan to adopt a freemium model, meaning we’ll continue offering a limited free version, which will likely suit your needs: a quick and simple interactive demo. However, some advanced features, especially those powered by AI, will be part of the paid plans.

Currently, Guidey focuses on creating and managing onboarding tours, but we’re working on adding analytics and insights soon to help you understand user progress and improve the onboarding experience.

Can onboarding tours be auto-triggered based on user behavior in Guidey?

Currently, Guidey only supports URL-based triggers, meaning the tour is activated when a user visits a specific page on your site. However, we are working on new types of triggers to provide greater flexibility and customization for tour activation.

This looks super clean - love that it’s something folks outside the dev team can actually use w/out a bunch of handholding. Ten-ish years ago, creating an onboarding wizard was literally days of dev work. We’re spinning up a new product right now & we've been going back and forth with "do we use intercom" (which is p limited and clunky) or "do we build out a step-by-step?" Adding guidey to the options now! Nice job @passa @Guidey
