Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built Go1Desk because my own company was stuck juggling a messy support inbox and a separate spreadsheet just to track customers - there was no simple option in between "email chaos" and "enterprise helpdesk software." Go1Desk combines ticketing, a lightweight IT helpdesk, and a mini CRM in one place, so small businesses don't need three different tools (and three different bills) just to support their customers. We've been running it ourselves for months before opening it up today. Would love your feedback - what's missing, what's confusing, what you'd want next.

@chopcue - I was planning on building my own support ticket system, as I'm just a solo developer and didn't like the idea of signing up for yet another subscription, however you basic free plan seems to have everything I need for now to get started. Best of luck with the launch.
