How are my earnings calculated? For the purpose of this example, we assume a UK buyer who purchases from a Paddle vendor who uses tax-inclusive pricing, meaning VAT is charged as part of the total order amount. Example calculation: ▪︎ Product amount - 100 Because VAT is included in the price, the cost of the plan works out to $100. ▪︎ TAX / VAT - $20 of the $100, the VAT for the UK is 20%. ▪︎ Total - $120 The total amount charged in the order. ▪︎ Paddle fees - From the total ($120) we calculate our fee. ▪︎ Earnings - We take our fee and VAT which leaves $93.50 as your earnings. @sentry_co Hi André, thank you! I don't know if Paddle is considering it. I have seen that Paddle doesn't even have its own app on Google Play or Apple Store. But what you say is a good idea. Paddle is increasingly used by the developer community and is growing rapidly.

@jlozanospain Would be great to have one place to buy SaaS services. The primary reason I'm reluctant to pay for many SaaS products, is because I can't keep track of the subscriptions on my Visa card. So if Paddle became one stop shop. then it would be incredible for SaaS revenue.

@kyrylosilin Hi Kyrylo. Thank you! The calculator is accurate in the calculation of all taxes. Just select the buyer's country or state. Which countries does Paddle charge sales tax or VAT for? When a customer purchases a product via Paddle, the country from which they are making the purchase may charge VAT. Paddle is registered and able to handle VAT payments for the regions listed below.
