Cold outreach gets ignored because prospects do not know you yet. Fuzzy warms them before you ever reach out by finding people already engaging in your market, helping you stay visible through content and thoughtful comments, then launching personalised LinkedIn and email campaigns in your voice. Research, enrichment, sequences, replies and team workflows live in one place. Customers call it intuitive, seamless and more comprehensive than the tools they used before.

Since Fuzzy handles everything from research to comments to outreach to replies in one workspace, how do you prevent the 'thoughtful comments' step from feeling templated across hundreds of prospects — what stops it from just being scaled-up cold outreach with extra steps?
Fuzzy AI
@av777a Honestly, if you used it to leave generic comments across hundreds of posts, it would be exactly that, and we don’t think that works.
Fuzzy first helps you find the right people and conversations. Each comment is then drafted using the context of that specific post and your Memories, including how you write, what you care about, your experience, company context, and campaign goal. It isn’t just inserting someone’s name into a template.
You can also review, edit, approve, or skip every comment and control the volume. The AI helps with the research and the blank page, but you still decide whether you genuinely have something useful to add. If you don’t, you shouldn’t comment :)
@serenalam Cool, thanks)
The "warm them up before outreach" approach is smart — most cold email tools skip the part where you build recognition first. Does Fuzzy actually track whether someone engaged with your content before triggering the outreach, or is it more of a timeline-based sequence?
Fuzzy AI
@ringo_td5 Good question! Yes, Fuzzy can track whether someone has actually engaged with your content before outreach. It isn’t just a timeline that sends on day X regardless of what happened.
You can choose which signals and interactions matter, how much warming you want, and the timing and spacing for each campaign. So outreach can start based on real engagement, while you still control how quickly the sequence moves :)
One thing that would help a lot is a built-in A/B testing tool for the LinkedIn and email copy so I can see which hooks get more replies without juggling spreadsheets.
Fuzzy AI
@fikretseymenler Such a good idea!! Built-in A/B testing across LinkedIn and email would make it sooo much easier to see what’s actually working without juggling spreadsheets.
We’ll definitely add this to our roadmap. Thank you for suggesting it :)
Wisp CMS
Congrats on the launch! Curious how you're warming up contact without appearing insincere (I'm guessing there's the AI aspects on the automation)?
Fuzzy AI
@raymond_yeh Good question :) We have a feature called Memories, which gives Fuzzy shared context about you. We learn about the way you speak and who you are. It works similarly to memory in GPT or Claude, so it learns how you write, what you care about, and the context behind your work.
The other thing is that nothing gets sent without you reviewing and approving it first. So it’s not an AI bot running on autopilot. You’re still in control, and everything that goes out sounds like you and is something you actually care about :)
ConnectMachine
When someone subscribes, they get all three sides of the product by default or there is an option to select what we want?
Fuzzy AI
@syed_shayanur_rahman all three by default! We wanted our users to be able to use everything.
No gatekeeping :)
The concept makes a lot of sense, but I'd be careful not to automate engagement so much that it starts feeling inauthentic. Genuine interactions are probably what make the warming phase effective.
Fuzzy AI
@debra_salt Yes, 100%! Genuine engagement is what makes the warming work, which is why you still decide how you want to engage.
The other hard part is finding the right people in the first place.
LinkedIn can be SO noisy, so Fuzzy gives you a personalised feed built around your ICP and brings the right people and content into one place. It keeps things focused, while the engagement still feels personal and sounds like you :)
