Cold outreach gets ignored because prospects do not know you yet. Fuzzy warms them before you ever reach out by finding people already engaging in your market, helping you stay visible through content and thoughtful comments, then launching personalised LinkedIn and email campaigns in your voice. Research, enrichment, sequences, replies and team workflows live in one place. Customers call it intuitive, seamless and more comprehensive than the tools they used before.

Congrats on the launch. Looks very useful. A few questions, can you provide a list of people that Fuzzy should warm up for you? Also can Fuzzy connect with people you're targeting? Can you have multiple lists for different campaigns?
Fuzzy AI
@jn263 Oh yes, you can! You can give Fuzzy a list of specific people, or even the types of roles you want to target. Then we help you show up in their feed, share relevant content (on your domain), and engage with people around them.
Once they’re warmed up and have seen you a few times, that’s when we start reaching out, so your message doesn’t feel cold or come out of nowhere.
And yesss, you can have multiple lists for different campaigns :)
I like the idea of warming propects beore launch. Building familiarity first can improve response rates. How do you measure which interactions create the strongest trust? Showing those insights could help users refine their strategy.
Fuzzy AI
@advin_jadis Good question Advin! We look at the full interaction history for each prospect, including posting about trustworthy content, likes, comments, connection acceptance, replies and eventually meetings. The strongest signal isn’t one interaction (we found that now you need 14 touchpoints before someone books a meeting with you in b2b), and then those interactions turn into a real conversation.
That history also goes back into Fuzzy’s memory! So the next interaction isn’t starting from zero.
But you’re right that we can show this much better. A like isn’t the same as trust. We want users to see which topics and types of interaction are actually moving the relationship forward, not just a dashboard of activity. This is something we’re working on on the roadmap :)
Have you seen a noticeable difference in reply rates between prospects who engaged with your content before outreach and those who received a message without any prior interaction? That would be fascinating to measure.
Fuzzy AI
@iris_carr Yess! We actually measured this - on average, we found outreach 5x more effective (across different campaigns) when prospects had engaged with content, comments, brand building first. By the time you reach out, prospects know who you are, so there’s more trust and the message doesn’t feel cold :)
We've also found that these days, it can take around 14 touchpoints before a B2B prospect responds. Warming them up through top of funnel, (content, comments, likes) helps those touchpoints happen naturally before you ever send that first message.
the LinkedIn engagement piece is the part I'd want to understand better - if the AI is leaving comments on prospects' posts before you reach out, does that get flagged as inauthentic once someone notices the same account is commenting on dozens of strangers' posts in the same style? feels like the kind of thing that works great until people catch on.
Fuzzy AI
@omri_ben_shoham1 I completely understand the concern, and honestly, I agree!
If an account is leaving the same generic comment on dozens of strangers’ posts, people are going to notice pretty quickly. And honestly, that would be SUPER annoying.
That’s exactly why Fuzzy isn’t designed to blast out comments at scale. It helps you find the right conversations first, then drafts comments using your Memories, including your voice, viewpoints, past context, and industry expertise. You review, edit, and approve everything before it goes live, or skip it when you don’t have something useful to add.
The reason commenting and content still matter is that a genuinely relevant comment can appear in your prospect’s feed and reach the people around them. That helps them recognize you before you ever reach out. But it only works if the comment is actually useful and something you would genuinely say.
For me, AI should help with the research and the blank page. It shouldn’t pretend to be you or put your relationships on autopilot :)
Congratulations on a successful product launch. As a founder myself I definitely understand the hours of work that you guys have invested into this product. I just wanted to clearly understand that currently Fuzzy works with only LinkedIn, correct? Do you have plans to expand its data sources in the future?
Fuzzy AI
@richatsealedvault Thank you so much, Richard!! Fuzzy already supports outreach across both LinkedIn and email, and we also include contact details like email addresses and phone numbers too. So LinkedIn is a big part of the product, but it isn’t the only source we use. You can see the full breakdown on our website too. Feel free to try us out.
We’re always looking at other data sources that could make Fuzzy more useful, so if there’s anything specific you’d like us to add, I’d love to hear it :)
@serenalam Thank you for your response Serena, I will be trying out your application as I see the potential to make outreach and marketing much more meaningful.
Congrats on the launch! 🎉 Love that outreach only fires after real engagement — feels way warmer than cold, scraped-list sequences.
Quick one: is the trigger a fixed rule (e.g., N interactions within X days), or a weighted score factoring in signal type, recency, and ICP fit before a sequence kicks off? And is that threshold configurable per campaign, or fixed platform-wide?
I would definitely try it out.
Fuzzy AI
@waqas_baloch4 Great question! It’s a combination, and it’s configurable by campaign and can be fixed across the whole platform. The trigger uses the signals you choose for that campaign. You can decide which interactions matter, how many you want per day, and how far apart they should happen so it doesn’t feel spammy.
You can start with a curated ICP Feed and engage based on your goal, or create content first and build a list based on who engages with it. Once they’re warm, you can move them into a personalized outreach sequence.
You can also choose how hands-on you want to be. Run it on autopilot, or review and approve each interaction and message as you go. And yes, we’d love for you to try it!!
@serenalam Thanks for the detailed response! Configurable signals per campaign plus pacing controls is exactly the right approach, it keeps the outreach feeling natural instead of triggered-bot spammy. Also like that you can flip between autopilot and approve-each-step depending on trust. Will definitely give it a try, good luck with the launch! 🚀
the "thoughtful comments" part is where I'd want more detail before trying this. if those comments are AI-written and posted under my name on other people's posts without me seeing them first, that's a real reputational risk if the tone is off even once. is there a review step before anything goes out under my identity, or does it just post?
Fuzzy AI
@galdayan Yes, you can require a review before anything goes out. Fuzzy drafts the comment, but you can read, edit, approve, or skip it. Autopilot is optional, so it doesn’t have to post under your name without you seeing it first.
We also built Memories for exactly this reason.
It learns your writing style, viewpoints, experience, company context, and campaign goal, so the suggestions are based on things you would genuinely say, not just generic AI trying to mimic your tone.
But we don’t treat that as a substitute for your judgment. If something carries your name, you should be able to stay in control :)
@serenalam good to hear the review step is there by default and not just a toggle buried somewhere. Memories learning my actual writing style rather than generic AI tone is the part that'll matter most for whether the drafts are even worth reading versus rewriting from scratch. would still want to see a few drafts before trusting it on anything public, but this answers the concern honestly.
