Futudo

Hi Product hunt. I’m Yuka, co-founder of Futudo. I remember last summer in Peru! I was picking the right shamans, the perfect place. A jungle shack or a mountain hut? I totally didn’t want to mess up my very first Ayahuasca ceremony! I wish I knew what that trip would bring me… If only I could see the future :) Medicina, the shamans told me, uncovers your unconscious thoughts and delivers them as insights full of feelings and you truly understand that it’s true. One of my insights was that us-humans can foresee the future. I know what this sounds like, I truly do :) The books say: “if you have an idea go and pitch it to FFF” and I did! I talked to all my friends and all of them said the same thing: “go find yourself a wife, don’t try to change the world, it’s impossible". And only one friend left - Rammi. We are 10 years together and our acquaintance started as an old school 3 hour non stop arguing “battle” he vs me. So, in November, I told him: “Man... I think we can predict the future.” He replied, “Hmm... let’s assume for a second that we really can pull this off. What would the product look like?” And since then we can’t shut up about Futudo. We started building in March, delivered MVP in August, did dozens of interviews, surveys for hundreds of people and hunted for all sorts of feedback. We learned from people around us, tried different models and workflows, we argued, for hours! :) And I believe that we found it. The answer. What would the future look like? So, at the 9th month of Futudo, we are enormously proud, excited and happy to share the open beta of Futudo with you.

Hey Product Hunt! Rammi here, co-founder of Futudo. I’m unbelievably excited to share Futudo with you all today. I remember the night the idea truly took shape: Yuka and I staring at the waves of the Bosphorus, shaken by the feeling that we can’t wait for Futudo to become real. I come up with a lot of startup ideas. My friends are even joking that my speed is around 2 startups per week 😁. But with Futudo, the moment the concept took shape in my head, I already could not live without it. That’s why I’m building it! For me Futudo is the app to get your life together. Your past, present and your future. We all reflect on those topics to a certain extent, but it’s such a relief no longer doing it on your own. I’m a big believer in AI. It’s evident to me now that the next generation of software is on its way. Applications that are not “personalized” around a cohort of users, but that grow almost organically, deeply tailored to an individual. Futudo is our first step in that direction. I’m thrilled to have you with us on this crazy ride! Please enjoy the app and let us know what you think!
