This is making me realize how much time I waste on doing the same boring tasks over and over again! Why does anyone try to manage routine documents, schedule meetings between multiple people, or track orders manually? All I know is I won’t be doing any of those things any more thanks to Form.One!

We have an interface for integration with the bot in the form of a widget, chat, embedded chat. Form.one can connect with any corporate system or messenger. We have our own API and user interface, and you can also use Webhook to connect the data. Form.one integrates with any remote service. You can integrate Form.one into your own site or share its URL with your users. For example, a simple case that we can do right away is to check the order status. I tried to create my own bot and was pleasantly surprised. It is so easy. Great service!

Pros:

I’m impressed at how intuitive the system was. The script of any conversation can be made within a minutes, just like they said.

Cons:

I’m not sure that the chatbot will be able to replace client interactions.

Thanks for your comments, and we understand your hesitation. One great feature is that the Chatbot will notify you if you need to intervene in the dialogue with the client and help him solve the problem, and it collects data about your customers so that you can analyze it later. Most of our clients find that with a little bit of adjustment, most of the time you can avoid having to intervene.
