@edozie_izegbu@g amazing stuff! I would recommend you speak to someone on our team by going to flutterwave.com and typing in the chat icon. POS payments is they are regulated by NIBBS so we have to make sure you have the required license before giving you access to our solutions for those.

this company is fraud FRAUD FRAUD THEY hold your money and tell you it is flagged for fruad ,they ask me to provide prove of service for money they recieved that was not credited to me ,,,howcan i send goods or service for product that i was not paid for?flutterwave do not offer escrow service why holding money as escrow pls stay away ,,i just reportedthem to cbn

Hello Smith,
I'm sorry about the time it took to get to your complaint.
At Flutterwave, our disputes resolution processes are in place to protect merchants and their payers.
In instances where a customer complains about a transaction where they paid and they didn't get value from the merchant, we ask merchants to prove they gave value.
From your complaint, it appears that one of your transactions was disputed by your customer and so was flagged, and as is our process, we asked you to prove that you gave value to the customer.
When a transaction is being disputed, we hold the value of the transaction. If the merchant is unable to prove that they gave value to the customer, we are able to easily refund the customer, if the merchant responds with proof of value given, we immediately release the funds to the merchant.
This way, we strive to keep things fair between both parties.
I'll however, really like to do a deep dive into your complaint to also understand if anything went wrong with this process, as your complaint seems to say.

Flutterwave is an API that lets you process credit card and local alternative payments, like mobile money and ACH, across Africa.
They're solving a huge problem for Africa. In the US, most stores take debit, credit, and mobile payments. But in Africa, merchants have to integrate with each form of payment individually -- which means many stores will have a POS system that takes only Visa but not MasterCard. The integration process is so difficult that many store owners don't even bother with POS.
Flutterwave makes accepting all forms of payments simple for any merchant. Uber is even using them in Lagos. If you're building a payments company in Africa, or if you need to make or accept payments in Africa, you need Flutterwave.

This company has hold more than 100k and they are giving out excuses everytime. I have emailed severaly but NO solution is found. They haven't paid my money for over a month now. DON'T BE CHEATED BY ADVERTS. This is a SCAM that is soon to fail.

They charge you for depositing, for creating a card and for using a card at the end you would have paid up to 7.3% they are run by greed.
For example when you receive an international payment you pay 3.5 % (https://moneywave.flutterwave.co...) you create a card with the same money you pay $0.50 (you can find and see this charge in the dashboard) then get charged again 3.8% ( https://flutterwave.com/us/globa...) for using it that's already 7.3% and 50 cents
Small company charging more that quality pioneers like PayPal, google & payoneer which charge as low as 1%
It's just like paying more to receive poor service
