Reviews of Floot highlight a fast, intuitive workflow, strong error handling, and better value than rivals like Lovable, with many praising the “draw your changes” iteration and an integrated stack that feels production-ready. Non-technical users report launching real apps quickly and appreciate responsive support. However, several critical reviews cite unstable AI behavior, context loss, quota drain, and workflow risks—especially concerns about sandbox/live sharing the same database, lack of staging, and difficult self-hosting/export paths. Overall: impressive speed and capability, but stability and deployment controls need work.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋
Here's a quick demo of a neat feature we have where you can draw on your app to tell Floot what you want.
Sometimes visually communicating your change is easier than just describing it in words :)
Let us know what you think!
@edlook A neat feature
Netlify
Congrats on the launch! The Annotate feature is super creative.
Floot
@thisiskp_ Thank you! It was fun building that!
Floot
@thisiskp_ Thanks KP! Happy to see a PH legend here!
Floot
@thisiskp_ Because a picture says more than a thousand words! Thank you for your feedback!
Built out a super simple chat room, and the flow is smooth. Building with Floot was hassle-free and fun. The Floot team has built something comparable to companies like Lovable... Congrats on the launch, Floot!
Floot
@danielcraig____ Thanks Daniel! We like to think we're better than Lovable 😉 If you have any feedback on how we can improve, please let us know!
@edlook You guys are definitely easier to use than Lovable imo. #Flootforthewin

@danielcraig____ Thank you for your support!
Floot
@danielcraig____ Thank you! The more complex the app gets, the better are compared to lovable haha
I have been using Floot for a few weeks now and so far it has exceeded my expectations in every sense. And I've tried tools like Lovable and Replit in the past. Keep up the great work guys! I'll be cheering for you.
Floot
@mei_chen1 Thanks Mei! So happy it's working well for you - let us know if there were any hiccups we should address!
Floot
@mei_chen1 Thank you! Happy to support you building what you need!
Floot

This looks good so far! I've primarily been using Windsurf for the past 4-6 months for an app, and more recently have been trying Kiro.
I have, I think, a common use case for multi-tenant SaaS apps, and was wondering if it's possible with Floot (I'm not used to someone else hosting my apps).
What if I want to allow each of my users to be assigned a subdomain of my domain, like mycustomer.mydomain.com, as well as the ability allow my customers to map their domain to the subdomain, so mycustomerdomain.com renders the content for mycustomer.mydomain.com. Is that possible?
Floot
@ryan_chin4 Building a multi-tenant app on our multi-tenant app - that's wild! We're not designed for building multi-tenant apps (yet), but it should be possible if we add support for a subdomain router that can route your tenants to the appropriate tenant app based on the accessed subdomain. And of course, we'll need a solution to handle the DNS configuration and the SSL certificate requirements that go with that. In short - it's possible, but not right now unless we set up the infra for you manually.
Floot
@ryan_chin4 And if you'd like to run your use case by us, feel free to email founders@floot.com
This sounds super exciting! As someone who’s done some vibe coding, I totally relate to getting stuck on random errors that call for all your creativity (and patience!) to work around. Can’t wait to see how Floot makes that journey smoother for us — non-coders who want to build products.
Floot
@aliona_vozna Thanks Olena, the frustration of getting stuck is so real! We put a lot of effort in making it so Floot can fix errors intelligently. Let me know how your experience with Floot goes - would love your feedback!
Floot
@aliona_vozna Thank you! The frustration is real! What tools have you gotten stuck on before?
Floot
@aliona_vozna We would love to hear about your experience! Thank you for your support.
Congrats on the launch, it looks seriously promising for unlocking AI app creation for non-coders 👏
Love the end-to-end control of the stack and the “draw to edit” interaction.
Quick question: can users override or guide the AI’s decisions if they have a very specific logic or structure in mind?
Floot
@lina_huchok We do offer a way to inject more customized guidelines, although it still has to work within Floot's system. What kind of specific logic/structure do you have in mind?
Floot
@lina_huchok Draw to edit is pretty fun! A lot of UI changes are tricky to describe in words so drawing makes it easier for the AI to understand :)
Floot
@lina_huchok Thank you for your support and feedback! 😊
