Instead of just limiting screen time, I wanted to motivate people to stay active and healthy. That’s why Fitlock locks your distracting apps behind fitness goals - no workout, no Instagram! 💪 With Fitlock, you can track steps, outdoor time, exercise time, meditation, swimming, and more to unlock your screen time. It’s all about turning healthy habits into rewards. Currently it is only available on iOS, but there are plans to make an Android equivalent in the future, so keep your eyes peeled. First off I love the design! But this app is a must have for me, I am trying to get into my morning walking routine but been too distracted with my phone, so an app like this is an actual god send! Thank you for the hard work Jake!

Such a good idea. This should be obligatory – e.g. at least 10,000 steps to earn 30 minutes in apps or in the certain app. Neat, neat!
