Anand and I started working on this over 2.5 years ago (before ChatGPT was even released). And to be honest, it took a lot of fucking around and finding out. We spoke to over 300+ founders and heads of sales, rebuilt the product from scratch multiple times, and only after countless conversations did it finally click.
So today, we’re excited (and a bit nervous) to finally release FirstQuadrant to the public:

Let me give you a quick overview of what FirstQuadrant is and how it works. FirstQuadrant is an AI-powered sales execution platform. But it’s important to clarify right away: we are not an AI agent or an AI SDR. In fact, we intentionally distance ourselves from that idea.
We don’t think LLMs— now or even in the future — are smart enough to fully manage something as complex and human as sales. It’s a process that needs empathy, nuance, and real human judgment.
That’s why our core design ethos is building human-centered AI. Think of FirstQuadrant an AI sales assistant and not a replacement. A platform that works alongside your team. It’s built to help revenue teams move faster, stay more organized, and ultimately close more deals. By taking care of all the busywork they shouldn’t have to do in the first place.

You can consider adding a predictive analytics dashboard to highlight deal bottlenecks in real-time.
@carlobadini@rohan_khan16 Good question Rohan -- I personally think that most sales automation tools on the market focus on just one slice (like outbound or basic CRM automation) and many try to fully replace reps with AI SDRs (but not us!). FirstQuadrant takes a different approach -- we don't replace humans. Instead, we support them with AI that helps manage the entire pipeline from identifying and qualifying leads to nurturing and follow-up. It's all in one place, built to keep real sales teams fast and focused. ⚡

Currently we're working on improving the decision-making system for more complex workflows, plus increasing capacity to onboard all the people who signed up with priority during our Product Hunt launch. We're also improving nurturing and CRM integrations.

This looks really great. Exactly what I'm looking for. Very elegant. Does this potentially also remove the need for a CRM altogether for a small team (still founder led sales) or do you recommend using it with a CRM?
@dvanbins ...you figured out our master plan! Jokes apart, we at FirstQuadrant ourselves don't use a traditional CRM at all, but many of our customers use it alongside their CRM. I personally think that once you fully embrace FirstQuadrant, you'll find yourself not needed a traditional CRM at all if you're a small team, especially for founder-led sales. But I understand how these things work so we'll make sure we integrate with all major CRMs to make it incrementally adoptable.
Sales is a founders' job (one of many). Can't wait to see how early-stage founders will boost sales with FQ. I got a demo of FQ and it looked great — especially love the inbox view where you go once a day, take a few actions, and then you're just done and let the system do the rest.

You can use AI qualification to create hypertargeted lists of contacts, (e.g., "Is this company B2B SaaS?", "Are they hiring for remote work?", "Do they sell to restaurants in Australia?", "Is the founder YC?", etc.), so you can essentially ask whatever question is relevant for your business and we use Perplexity to enrich and answer it, so you only outreach people who are your exact ICP.
