I’m Camdan, the solo developer behind Fidgetable, and I’m incredibly excited to share the massive Version 2 update with you today. When I launched V1, my goal was simple: to create a fidget app that wasn't expensive, complicated, or littered with stressful ads. The response was amazing, but as I kept using it myself, I knew the experience could be even better. For V2, I completely overhauled the app from the ground up to make it incredibly simple, subtle, clean, and well-designed. Built purely in SwiftUI and optimized for iOS 26, Fidgetable now takes full advantage of Apple's CoreHaptics framework. The result is a high-fidelity tactile experience where every click, pop, and slide feels shockingly realistic right out of the box. Here is what’s new in the V2 overhaul: - 11+ Unique Haptic Fidgets: Tap, swipe, hold, shake, or tilt. I've added deeply satisfying new interactions inspired by everyday life, like Bubble Wrap, Snap, and Bounce. - Endless Customization: You can now adjust the size, color, animations, and behaviors of your favorite fidgets. - Shareable Setups: Created the perfect fidget or theme? You can now share your configurations with friends using custom links. - Still 100% Ad-Free: Ads suck. The core app remains completely free with zero interruptions, zero data-selling, and no paywalls on the essentials. Introducing Fidgetable+: To keep development sustainable, I’m introducing Fidgetable+ for power users. Available as an affordable one-time purchase (or a low-cost yearly subscription) and supporting family sharing, it unlocks a Custom Fidget Builder, deep haptic tuning, a Theme Builder, and early access to new fidgets. I build Fidgetable because it's the app I want to use every day, and I'm thrilled to share this rebuilt version with the world.
