Endel is one of the first apps I install on a new device. The adaptive soundscapes are a real paradigm shift.
Endel has been a game-changer for me. I was having trouble sleeping, and now I can see the difference, not just in how long my sleep lasts, but also how much time I spend in deep sleep.
This is a great example of how AI and biomonitoring can improve our life quality!
Having navigated the overwhelming world of soundscape applications, I had all but resigned myself to the constant hum of an artificial, industrial fan.
However, that chapter of compromised sleep is firmly behind me, thanks to a truly revolutionary application that understands not just me, but also my lifestyle, my emotional ebbs and flows, and most significantly, my Circadian rhythms.
Enter 'Endel,' a name recommended by a trusted friend which was initially met with my skepticism. But, after investing two hours in exploring the app's capabilities and the rigorous scientific research underpinning it, I was convinced.
I now stand as a satisfied user who benefits from this app every waking and sleeping moment.
Endel enriches my life in more than one way. It underscores my daily walks, reinforces my meditation and relaxation routines, amplifies my focus during writing, and seamlessly aids my wind-down and sleep routines. The app has grown to understand me so profoundly, surpassing even my dog, an accomplishment I consider high praise.
So, say goodbye to the era of generic noise generators. Embrace Endel, an app that understands you and enhances your routines with a soundscape tailored to your unique rhythm. This isn't just another app; it's a well-researched, personalized experience that truly caters to your needs.
I use it for focus, deep work and getting to sleep, works pretty well for me
It works. I am not the greatest fan of mindfulness and meditation apps in the world because I feel the real thing is so much better than what these apps can provide. However, this is a nice little addition to your mindfulness toolkit. Helps you just a tad bit.
At some point, I realized that music was distracting me from my work. And then I came across Endel. With him, I became much better at concentrating on my work. Thanks guys!
Review of Endel × James Blake: Wind Down
The new Clear soundscape is an amazing experience. The fact it’s a collaboration with the artist James Blake only makes it even better.
