@star_boat Thank you for the kind words. The sentiment analysis works off of keywords, but more advanced analysis is on the roadmap. At the moment Feedstack supports React and JS in the form of a script tag. Shoot me a DM on X at @cloudcodesstuff and I can give you an 80% off coupon.

Seems like you're solving a problem that doesn't exist, how intuitive is it really, also what happens if patterns are missed or sentiments are misread, kind of worried about that, maybe add a manual verification step?

Not sure if anyone else feels this way but when I look at this, all I see is another data analytics tool with a fancy description, we’ve seen countless promises about "uncovering hidden patterns" yet nobody seems to address the real issue, which is getting reliable data in the first place, let's see if this one light up or it’s just another hype, thoughts? 🤔

I'm not sure if this new product is really worth the hype, I mean, uncovering hidden patterns in feedback sounds neat but isn't it something that most data tools should do already, plus, the idea of relying heavily on AI to make decisions might backfire, cause sometimes human intuition does better than any algorithm, I just wonder if it's another fancy tool that won't really change much in the daily grind
