As a former overachiever with pre-exam jitters, I'm nervous but excited for our first Product Hunt launch!
Okay, here it goes...
Why We Built AI Interviews
We kept hearing the same frustration from recruiters: screening hundreds of candidates is incredibly time-consuming, yet impossible to skip. Traditional methods either lack depth or are too resource-intensive. Recruiters were stuck choosing between efficiency and quality - UNTIL TODAY.
Congrats on the launch @jayanth_neelakanta @siddharthsampath @faizanjan_

@manu_goel2 that is right! We are giving away 50 free credits until the end of next week. You should give it a try.
Looks great! I feel like as a point of feedback I'm starting to see teams actually want ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, etc for hiring, especially for coding interviews.
I know there's a huge blowback against using these for copypaste solutions, but I've noticed that key talent has been using AI the most to actually enhance their workflow and reach that complex endstate for a feature faster than they would have normally done so by hand. If you could somehow rate effectiveness of use of AI tools like this during interviews, I think you could take that type of differentiator to some really big outfits.
Not to detract from how this looks! I also love that you essentially making recruiting from the entire funnel from intern -> professional easy to do on the platform, following and keep it up!

Thanks, @csurita! Our AI Interviews product itself was built via Claude Code. If not for CC, we'd have taken at least 5x longer to ship this. So, I completely agree that because AI usage is becoming commonplace, we should let candidates use AI in their interviews. For both tech and non-tech roles.
In fact, that product is in our pipeline. We are building a conversational interview interface which will contain a whiteboard, an IDE and even an LLM window. This is for candidates who are further down the hiring lifecycle. The questions that will be asked of them will be more complex of course. And, the evaluation will depend a lot more on "taste" and alignment between the hiring company and the candidate. "Monorepos v/s multirepos", for eg.
